RESIDENTIAL ROUTINE CLEAN/MAINTENANCE
Now that we have completed a Deep "Spring"
or Initial Clean, allow us to help you with your maintenance
cleaning.
Our cleaning routine allows you to go about your daily business
and leave the cleaning to us. We will do the cleaning for
you based on your needs; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly or
bi-monthly. Competitive rates for one year contracts or more
are available.
A routine rotation cleaning works best after a Deep Cleaning
is completed. We know the home is cleaned to our standards,
and the cleaner begins to develop an understanding on how
you wish your home to be cleaned. Special care is given to
those items and locations where needed every time or every
other time we are in your home.
Every
time we are in your home we perform the following services
for all bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen & main rooms.
Vacuum, clean, shine, dust, disinfect/sanitize, and
straighten the appearance in all rooms.

- Vacuum all rooms
- Dust, damp cloth all flat surfaces
- Damp mop all wood floors
- Tidy room appearance
- Under cushions and fluff all pillows
- Dust furniture and knick knacks
- Use room deodorizer
Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Clean tiles, tub, shower, commodes
- Clean mirrors
- Clean sinks, counters
- Sanitize all areas
- Clean & shine faucets and fixtures
- Dust
- Damp mop
- Clean all appliances
