We have owned a Cape Cod Cottage in Dennisport since
1996. When we close the home up for the winter, it just
sits and by the time we get back to it in April or May, it
is always filled with cobwebs, "dust-bunnies", a film
of dust and in June comes the infamous Cape Cod pollen. Not to worry - we offer window cleaning as well.
This Client-based service is offered after our "Spring-Cleaning" and between your tenant changeovers. All you need to do is send
us a schedule and a set of your keys, and we'll ensure that
your home is clean between tenants. Our summer and second home client client list continues to grow and we try our very best to meet your strictest expectations of a consistent weekly clean.
As our courtesy, we always will leave a personalized note
indicating how your home was prepared for your tenants arrivals. We will gladly work
with your real estate service and coordinate the cleaning with them.

Refrigerator
Refrigerators must be kept clean to be safe. Keeping
your refrigerator at the recommended temperature of
40 degrees F will prevent bacteria growth and may
contaminate the contents. If it is not cleaned properly
and regularly, unpleasant odors and un-safe microbes
may begin to develop.
